Our Mission is to focus on each athlete’s individual growth - as both an athlete and a young adult - instead of the collective team’s win/loss column. We focus on improving an athlete's skill in addition to their intangibles such as leadership, teamwork, humble success, and motivated failure. It is our belief that only through an athlete’s individual growth that a team can then realize its true potential.
