2023 - 2024 Season

ELITE Club Program

(Girls 12U - 18U)

---------------------------------------------------------

This will be our 7th season for the ELITE Program and teams will be built based on tryouts and availability. Our coaching staff has vast experience in the sport at the national level and through parental demand, we're offering a program that's more demanding of the athletes who participate. The ELITE program is geared towards athletes who want to put in extra time in the sport. Please note most athletes in the ELITE program solely play volleyball and if they do play other sports, they understand that missing tournaments for other sports is not going to be encouraged (though, any academic-related activity always takes precedence). Over and above what our Premier Program offers, the ELITE program runs three months longer with approximately double the training time and tournament dates.. The ELITE Program also includes a season-long fitness membership for the Sycamore Park District.

Who is the ELITE program for?

  • Girls 12U thru 18U (6th grade - 12th grade)

  • Athletes looking to commit to a longer and more intense program

  • Athletes wanting to compete in BOTH local and out-of-state tournaments on multiple weekends

  • Athletes looking to possibly play at the collegiate level

  • Multi-sport friendly (we support athletes playing other sports and are willing to work with these athletes)

What does the season look like?

  • November thru June

  • Three (3) practices per week; including a weigh-training day in the Fitness Center

  • 2.5 to 3 hours per practice (TBD)

  • Up to 168 hours of training

What about tournaments?

  • Up to 22 tournament dates (this will include any possible League dates)

  • Includes both local tournaments (majority of dates will be local and within approximately one hour of Sycamore) and out-of-state tournaments (in the Midwest and typically within a six-hour drive)

Do I have to buy a uniform package?

No! The full Aggression uniform package is included and there is nothing more to buy. The uniform package includes the following:

What about season discounts or fundraising opportunities?

  • Referral Program pays current athletes $50 for every new athlete that joins an Aggression club program

  • Sibling Discount is $50 for any club program

  • Raffle ticket fundraiser

    • Athletes are required to sell ten (10) raffle tickets by mid-January at $10/ticket. Any additional tickets the athlete sells will earn them $5 to be paid out at the end of the season as a check. For example, if an athlete sells 68 tickets, the athlete would receive $290 dollars (58 tickets x $5). This program has been used by several athletes to pay for their entire season.
